Royal Veterinary College, Accreditation Hoarding

This project comprised the erection of secure timber hoardings to obscure the view and limit access to 3 buildings, namely: OBS Barn, CIC & Structure & Motion building on the main RVC campus.

These works were awarded following on from the very successful project we completed to construct a Live Animal Handling Facility at Boltons Park Farm next to the main campus.

Gascoyne Estate, Hatfield

Project No. 1 The refurbishment works in 2 No separate buildings contained within the wider Hatfield Park Estate; ‘The Old Palace’ and ‘The Riding School’. Project No. 2 The refurbishment / remodelling works of the existing WCs contained within the Estate Office of the wider Hatfield Park Estate.

Project 05

Black Swan House, Ware

Complete refurbishment ofa 16th Century former coaching inn, into modern offices whilst maintaining as much of the original fabric of the building as possible.

During the works, highly significant early 17th century painted plaster frescos were uncovered on the main chimney stack. The stack had a major crack in the brickwork which had to be carefully repaired without causing any damage to the mural.

This project was a winner of the 2012 HAA Architecture Awards in the Conservation and Restoration Category.

We worked with our sister company, Newland Interiors, to carry out the final fixtures and fittings which included purpose made work desks.

Project 06

Private House, Hertfordshire

Bespoke single storey extension to provide a new kitchen, utility, dining area and garage. Cantilevered floor to carry external patio area, sips panels to form external walls with Oak cladding and copper roof. Carried out repairs to existing single glazed two-storey cube abutting Grade II Queen Anne House.
