As developers and contractors since the 1920s we have a vast experience of New Build works. Unfortunately the cost of a house is not what it was then and the options available to our clients have grown considerably! New clients have the choice of traditional build techniques right through to advanced off-site fabrication and renewable energy techniques.
We have always taken great pride in the quality of our workmanship but our housing clients have the further reassurance that our homes are covered by a ten year NHBC Warranty.
As well as housing we also have a history of new build works for Schools, Hospitals and Commercial Clients.
Royal Veterinary College, Live Animal Handling Facility
This project which comprised the demolition of an existing building and the new build construction of a new Live Animal Handling Facility and Teaching Facility by way of structural steel frame, cavity brickwork, Kingspan and timber cladding and cementitious roof with associated mechanical, electrical, drainage services, site and finishing works.
The building comprised of classrooms/mezzanine overlooking barn area, Student common room, meeting rooms, changing rooms, boot cleaning room, storerooms, laundry room, dirty/wet Labs, plant room, barn area for live animals and toilets & showers
