Joined Newland Bros. Construction in 1992 as a Junior Surveyor and became joint Managing Director of Newland Construction in 1997.
Paul Newland

Alan Curtis - Estimator
Alan started his career on site as a trainee foreman with a national contractor and then moved on to successful estimating, surveying and contract management roles with respected local construction companies. Alan joined us in 2003 and his wealth of experience has proved invaluable.
Bob King - Senior Contracts Manager
Bob worked his way up through the ranks, progressing from tradesman, through General Foreman and Site Manager to Contracts Manager. Having worked for the same firm for 30 years Bob was looking for a new challenge and we welcomed his expertise. Joining us in 2005 he settled in quickly and has already built up a long list of satisfied clients.
Mike Ronayne - Senior Contracts Manager
Mike also worked his way up through the ranks starting off as a carpenter before being promoted up to Contracts Manager.
Mike joined us in 1999 and has undertaken private domestic, commercial, educational and NHS projects gaining many repeat clients along the way.
Andy Welling - Senior Quantity Surveyor
Andy has experience of new build, refurbishment and fit out works and is a welcome addition to the team.
In the current economic climate we recognise the need to further improve the service we can offer our clients such as providing quick costing alternatives to prevent projects from going over budget.
Lynn Quarrington - Office Manager
Lynn has over 20 years of accounts experience, the last ten of which have been within the construction industry.
Amanda Grover
Amanda joined us in 2011 and has fitted in immediately, having already had over 15 years experience in the industry.
